At CCC we believe in team leadership. It is our conviction that the biblical form of church government consists in a plurality of elders (overseers). Therefore CCC is governed by a team of elders each bearing equal authority in matters relating to the church.

Elder Anthony Alberino
Anthony was ordained as an Elder at CCC in 2006. He married his wife Sarah in September of 2005. Anthony has a passion for Scripture and a burden to teach its timeless truths in a clear and undiluted fashion. He is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in biblical studies from Southern Evangelical Seminary.

Elder Ken Alberino
Ken Alberino has been in the ministry since 1991. Before becoming a minister, he was on the leadership team of New Wine Ministries, a popular men's ministry in the greater Cleveland area, for 9 years. Ken married his wife Patty in 2000, and together they have 7 children and 14 grandchildren. Ken's passion is to see people develop deep intimate relationships with Jesus Christ. He also has a strong ministry to men and a burden to reach the lost. Both Ken and Patty are active in missionary work and travel regularly to minister in Peru.

Elder Ken Wilson
Ken was ordained as an Elder at CCC in 2006. He and his wife Crystal have been involved in many facets of ministry including ministries to the poor and to youth. Ken is a gifted communicator and has a passion for counselling. He is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in biblical studies from Southern Evangelical Seminary.
